Service Agreement

Payment Terms
Payment is due based on your selected plan. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Warranty and Liability
We provide our services "as is". Our liability is limited to the subscription fee of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect damages.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled with at least 30 days notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Both parties agree to waive their right to a jury trial.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
